I applied and got an email the next day. We set up a phone interview for the next day during my break. The employer was 15 minutes late and mentioned their screen kept freezing while asking very behavioral questions. The next day, I received an email for an in-person interview. I sent my availability, and they replied they'd call the next day at 9 am. I clarified if it was phone or in-person, and they sent a different email confirming an in-person interview with directions and to bring a work sample. After I asked what a work sample was, they sent an attachment. Due to the disorganization, I declined the in-person interview.

The whole process took about two weeks. It included a phone interview, an in-person meeting, and a work sample review. When I got to the in-person interview, I felt a bit too dressed up, but they made me feel really comfortable. Even though the front desk was empty, about seven people came up to see if I needed help. They found out who was supposed to meet with me and offered me drinks. These people were from different departments and had big smiles. I was really impressed and have never felt so welcomed for an entry-level job before. The interview felt very informal but had great questions, and they really appreciated the work I did on my sample. I was surprised by how much responsibility the entry-level position had and how they encouraged us to do well and create our own career path within the company. I've worked for huge global companies in various leadership roles and have never had a better interview experience. They didn't make me feel like this was just an entry-level role, but more like a chance to prove ourselves and move up to make the company even better! I've never felt more empowered and valued by a company. They truly value you, your family, and the company itself!

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and got contacted a day later. The recruiter had me do a typing test and send it back. Then I scheduled a 30-minute phone interview, which ended up being about 45 minutes long since it was a great conversation. A couple days later, I had an in-person interview with 4 people from the Customer Experience team. I had to prepare a presentation about how I connect with their mantra and also review a product I picked from their website. The interview started with a tour of the office, then my presentation, and then I answered questions from the 4 interviewers. This part was a little over an hour and a half. The questions at the end were mostly behavioral. They said they'd let me know about next steps in 2-3 days, but I got offered the job in 24 hours.
