It was a 4 round interview process. 2 rounds were coding rounds where they asked medium DSA questions involving heaps and DP, and also discussed questions from the OA. One coding round was live coding and explaining solutions. Strong DSA knowledge is a must.

The interview process was super fast, only took about a week from start to finish. First, there was an online assessment with two coding questions (one easy, one medium) - make sure to plan out your solution. After passing that, I went straight to the final day interviews. The final day consisted of three rounds: two were coding challenges that involved creating data structures, and the last one was a system design interview. The system design part was pretty straightforward, not overly complex and the expectations were clear.

So I interviewed with Spotnana in August 2023. It was a two-part process: first a take-home assignment, then a virtual onsite. Overall, there was a lot of miscommunication and the recruiter was really unresponsive. The upside was that the questions weren't like typical LeetCode ones and felt really relevant to the actual job. The downside was the take-home. I was told it was one task, 45 mins, but it was actually two, each 45 mins, and you couldn't pause. After submitting, I had to chase the recruiter to get the onsite scheduled. I didn't even talk to anyone from Spotnana before the onsite. They also said I'd get feedback within 48 hours, but after waiting three weeks, I just got an automated rejection email saying my profile wasn't a match. After spending six hours on this, I expected a more personal touch.
