They are not hiring just doing time pass, kind of activity. 1st round with US Recruiter, 2nd round with Lead QA engineer, 3rd round with SQA Engineer, 4th round with hiring manager. Completed all rounds but no any feedback. But these peoples are posting on LinkedIn we are hiring. Lots of network issues during interview process from hiring manager. Worst part is Hiring manager, they won't know chaining process in API. Finally they are doing just time pass.

The whole thing took about a month. First, HR screened my resume. Then, I talked with top management for a general chat about the role. After that, there was a technical round with three people asking some silly technical questions. The last round was with a cybersecurity person who asked all these dumb questions about stuff they want to implement in their new office. Honestly, it felt like a waste of my time for a month.

The interview process was quite a journey, with a total of five interviews and a creative task focused on positioning, messaging, and content strategy. It stretched out for a little over a month, and there were a few things that left me feeling a bit disappointed and cautious. The interviews covered the usual stuff – questions about my work history and how I handle different situations. Then came the project, where they asked me to assess the company's positioning compared to competitors and come up with a content strategy. The interviewers seemed friendly on the surface, but they didn't spill the beans about what it's really like to work there. That lack of insight into their day-to-day made me wonder. What really got me was the absence of feedback after presenting the project. If you're going to ask candidates to put in some serious effort, it's only fair to give them some feedback, right? At the very least, they could have made it a hypothetical project to avoid the whole "free work" vibe. In a nutshell, this whole experience left me with the impression that they might not value their candidates' time and effort as much as they should. So, I'd say it's a good idea to approach this organization with a bit of caution.

The interview process was super fast, only took about a week from start to finish. First, there was an online assessment with two coding questions (one easy, one medium) - make sure to plan out your solution. After passing that, I went straight to the final day interviews. The final day consisted of three rounds: two were coding challenges that involved creating data structures, and the last one was a system design interview. The system design part was pretty straightforward, not overly complex and the expectations were clear.
