Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was overall very positive! It was longer than I have had at other companies and that gave me a sense they were really working to find the best fit for many reasons, not just can you do the job, but how well you’d fit in with the company culture which I learned through the interviews is very supportive and collaborative. All the departments work closely together toward their goals and I found that incredibly refreshing.

The interview process was really smooth and well-planned. Chereen, the recruiter, was fantastic to work with. She was upfront with me the whole time and kept things moving. Honestly, the best recruiter I've ever had. The interviews themselves were super conversational and welcoming, which made the whole thing a good experience.

Technical Presentation Other

About two weeks after I applied, I was asked to do a recorded video interview through Workable. It was more of a full interview than a quick screening, but there were 18 questions, which felt like a lot. I could see most questions beforehand, but I usually only got one shot to record my answers for each, and they were timed, some under a minute. I felt rushed and couldn't really explain myself fully, and it felt kind of impersonal and awkward. It wasn't a bad interview, and the questions were typical, but I'd rather talk to a real person. If you feel the same, you might not enjoy this.

Had a quick call with Trey (CEO) about the gig, then a phone interview with Jeff (Sales Manager/Coach) a couple days later. After those calls, I went in to meet with Trey and Jeff, and also met the head of marketing. I really liked the team, culture, and management, and was gonna take their offer. But then, a few days later, I got an offer from another software company that was just too good to pass up. They seem like a great company with a lot of upside.
