BDR
So first step was an online assessment, then I had a behavioural interview. After that, there was a "technical" situational interview where I had to roleplay as a BDR and they evaluated my capabilities and if I'd be a good fit.
- How do you approach time management?
- What's your strategy for dealing with rejection?
Business Development Representative
It was a mix of personal and technical questions. Some were about who you are, and others were about how you handle rejection, your comfort level on the phone, and your industry experience.
- What's your approach to dealing with rejection?
- How at ease are you speaking on the phone?
Business Development Representative
I learned about the BDR opening through a friend and gave her my resume to pass to the hiring manager. I got an email in 3 days to set up an interview. It was easy to pick a date because they were really flexible. I went in during work hours and we sat in an office. We talked about my past work experience, what skills I have for the job, and I also did a practice run of reading from a script for cold calling restaurants and bars. I got to practice a few times with both Niko and Grace and they gave me feedback, which made it a really chill interview. After they and I finished our questions, I left and got an email with a job offer quickly within a week.
- What makes you look for a new job?
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
