They asked me about my availability. Then they asked what I like to do outside work and if I were to describe myself with 3 words what would it be. They also gave me a scenario and asked what I would do and also asked if I have ever overcame an incident with a customer and how I solved the situation.

It was a typical interview, I sat down with the department manager. They asked me some customer service questions, like how do you handle a difficult customer, and if the customer is always right. They also asked if I could pass a pre-employment screening. I asked about the base salary. Experience wasn't really needed because they said they would train me. They explained benefits and did the usual interview stuff.

They held open interviews throughout the day. We were brought into a room where others were interviewing for different departments. This setup made it feel less intimidating. The manager who interviewed me was quite friendly, and the interview felt more like a casual conversation than a strict Q&A. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.
