It was pretty simple, they got back to me on email and let me choose an interview time. Then I went in store and was taken to the back room where they asked the questions. They didn't ask for passport or any ID.

I interviewed with the store manager, and a supervisor was there too. They asked standard questions. They ended up hiring a bunch of us at once for that store because they mentioned it was going to be a really busy period. All the staff, including myself, were put on a zero-hour contract.

It was a pretty quick interview process overall, and the questions were pretty general. The manager who interviewed me was cool, and it was a pleasant experience. My advice would be to know a little about the company, and also get ready to answer questions about how you'd handle a situation where a customer is being difficult or causing a scene in the store.
