It was a pretty chill interview. They asked about my goals, how I focus on the team, and my past experience. We talked about the pay and how to earn more while keeping the team on track. They showed me around the salon and explained the day-to-day tasks.

It was a super long process, took a while. I had 4 interviews in total, and some of the people interviewing me weren't even in my department or related to the role at all. A lot of the interviewers just seemed to be going through the motions, like they had to ask certain questions and were more focused on typing out the answers than actually talking to me. One person seemed like they had already made up their mind to say no from the very start.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Can you describe the most courageous action you've taken in a work setting?
  • Tell me about a situation where you had to stand by an unpopular opinion.
  • Under what circumstances is it acceptable to not tell the whole truth?
