I was contacted for a phone interview about 3 weeks after submitting my application. The interviewer was very friendly and asked questions about customer interactions. She also inquired about my prior work history and how I maintain an active lifestyle. Following that, I had a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager, where I was asked three questions, and that concluded the interview process. The next day, I received a call to accept the job offer.

Applied online and then got a quick phone call a few days after. That first chat led to a second, longer phone interview. After the second call, they set up an in-person interview. Right after that meeting, they said I'd probably get a call that same night with a job offer. It was a pretty long process, and they asked a lot of questions, but they weren't too hard.

  • What motivates your interest in working for Sportchek?
  • Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to assist a customer?
