I got an email asking me to reply with answers to some questions about my availability and why I'm a good fit for Spokeo. The next day, I heard back via email to come in for a group interview. It was a panel interview with 4 interviewers and other candidates. They asked basic stuff like why I'm interested in the role and my hobbies. The day after that, I got another email for an individual interview with two managers. They asked about my experience and my thoughts on call centers. A few days later, I got a call for a follow-up and was offered the job. I'm starting in two weeks.

The first interview was a group interview with about 6 other people. We waited in the lunch/break lounge, where they offered us snacks and drinks. Interviewers were Team Leads from the CC department. They asked us general questions to determine if we would be a good organizational fit. A couple of days later, I got a call for the second round. This time, I interviewed with upper management from the CC department and other departments. They asked me more about my work experience. It was much shorter than the first interview (about 5-10 mins).

Applied in February, then got called in for an interview in April. We had a group interview one day, and then two days later I was called in for a one-on-one with management. They asked basic questions about computer knowledge, call center experience, and customer service skills. It was an okay experience overall, but I couldn't really read my interviewers' faces.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe how you troubleshoot computer issues?
  • Tell me about your experience with call centers.
  • What are your customer service skills like?
