It was a long interview process for an entry-level role. But I enjoyed meeting the team members and learning about the work culture.

You'll be chatting with a bunch of different folks who will get a feel for your smarts, what you're into, and how hard you're willing to hustle. Then, they'll figure out if they want to bring you on board.

Behavioral Group

Had a 30 min standard behavioral phone screen. Then I had an onsite interview that was about 3 hours long. I met a bunch of people from different teams at the firm. The questions they asked were all behavioral. It felt like they already knew who they wanted and who wasn't a good fit for the company culture. I never heard back after the interview, which was kind of funny since the company is all about recruiting. I figured they would at least let me know one way or the other. But nope, I was left in the dark.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was not very pleasant, as the company offered a very low salary and it was a design job. The MD was very rude and disrespectful, not appreciative.
