Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty simple, mostly just asking general questions and talking about the store. They gave me a tour and explained how things work. I got a good idea of what the job is like every day, and they also went over sales and donation strategies. Super straightforward, and it seems like a great gig for beginners or anyone who likes Halloween.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you give an example of how you'd convince a customer to buy extra accessories for a costume, like for a vampire outfit?

Behavioral Other

I went to the Spirit store in the mall to get an application, and they told me to apply online. A week later, I went back to check on my application, and they set up an interview. The first interview was in a storage room, very informal, with the assistant manager reading questions from a list. She said I'd hear back by the end of the week. Almost a month later, the manager called for a second interview. I showed up, but she was a no-show, and my calls went unanswered. It was unprofessional.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe a time when you had to do something you felt uneasy about?
