Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and then did an online assessment. After that, there was a phone interview which was more about seeing if I was a good fit for the role. Then I had a one-on-one interview with the zone manager. This interview included situational and behavioral questions, and they really focused on my past experience, especially in retail management, loss prevention, and handling store openings and end-of-season closings. Overall, it was a good experience because the interviewer went over all the job tasks and requirements.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and the regional manager (? ) sent an email about the seasonal nature of the job and its drawbacks, likely to filter out non-serious applicants. I replied and had an initial interview that felt standard. I was told a corporate person from Texas would contact me. A few days later, I got an email from the corporate person and a scheduled interview time. I expected them to call, but they didn't. It's been a week with no contact.

Behavioral

First contact was over the phone. Conversation was casual and communication was thorough. Our next interview was in person. They showed up sloppy looking and didnt introduce themselves before sitting at my table. I was a little taken a back and was ready to tell them they couldnt sit their I was waiting for someone when I realized he was someone. It was a little to sloppy for me and I stopped the process and removed myself from the running.
