I submitted my application online. About two weeks after applying, I got a call. Then I had an interview with some basic questions and was hired on the spot. The entire process was straightforward, although it took a while for them to respond to my initial application.

Behavioral Technical

You gotta reach out to them first, or they won't get back to you. The interviews are usually pretty straightforward: they'll ask why you want to work for Spirit, if you're good at managing/sales/etc., and what your job duties were last season if you're a returning employee. If they like you, you'll get a sense of it. You really need to give it your all in the interview to make a good impression!

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Describe a situation from last season where a customer became upset. How did you handle it, and what steps did you take to resolve the issue and ensure their satisfaction?
  • In a very busy and stressful work environment, what is your preferred method for managing and coping with the demands?
  • What do you like most about working at Spirit?
