First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spirit Airlines.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was very straightforward and easy. They asked a few questions about my experience and resume. Then, I had to read a script, which went well. They mentioned that flexibility is needed to work there, so if you have other obligations, it probably won't work.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you walk me through your resume.
Customer Service Agent
I applied and got an email with an interview time, no personal call. They really prepped us, telling us to keep our day open for a potential offer and to have everything needed. Registration was a bit backed up, but the staff moved quickly, so the wait wasn't too bad while they checked our IDs and copies. We were put in rooms and met some managers and the district HR team. After intros, we learned about Spirit's history, expectations for attendance and customer service, benefits, and growth paths. I was number 15 and waited about 2.5 hours for my one-on-one. The interview seemed fine, questions were standard, and they had us lift a 70lb suitcase. Afterward, I was told I wouldn't be continuing, with no reason given, which was disappointing since everything else was clearly communicated.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Spirit?
- Can you share an example of collaborating with your team to assist a customer?
- Recount a time you encountered a problem with a colleague.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was great. The questions were all based on personal and work-related experiences that are relevant to the position you're applying for. There were also some out-of-the-box questions that made me think about the answers. The questions focused on your work background and how you handle calls.
- What's your approach to managing challenging customer interactions?
