Behavioral

The process was pretty straight forward. It started with an HR call, then a manager interview. The questions were basic and not technical. Everyone was friendly, and the process felt simple and easy. However, it was lengthy, taking about 3 weeks for an update, which is why I had to decline the interview.

I applied online and heard back within 24 hours for a phone screen. It wasn't technical, mostly just confirming my resume details, current pay, and what I want to make. Then I had the onsite interview with two managers. They asked questions that needed SAR responses about things like CI, RCCA, technical specs, and project management.
