Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spire Healthcare.
Office Administrator
It was an informal chat where I was asked about a time I dealt with a difficult customer. They also asked why communication is important and if I had any questions for them. The two interviewers were very polite, and it was a very easygoing experience.
- Why is communication important for an Office Administrator?
Administrative Assistant
Interviews were conducted via Zoom and telephone. There was a lot of email follow-up and documentation required. While the documentation itself was fine, a single standardized email listing all necessary items for each person would have been more efficient. The HR process felt a bit disjointed and could be easily improved to prevent duplicating information, with a centralized HR department and then a local one. The HR people were very nice, approachable, and courteous, though.
- Can you tell me what you know about Spire Healthcare?
Administrative
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I knew what was expected at each stage. They provided good information and background, and I had plenty of time to ask questions. The location was easy to find, though parking might sometimes be difficult.
- Can you share your relevant experience and give examples of how you've handled various situations?
