Office Administrator
It was an informal chat where I was asked about a time I dealt with a difficult customer. They also asked why communication is important and if I had any questions for them. The two interviewers were very polite, and it was a very easygoing experience.

People Business Partner
I had an informal interview, and the interviewer really emphasized their commitment to giving candidates feedback. There was an online system that tracked application status. The recruitment team arranged my interview. After two weeks of no response, I left a voicemail for the recruiter. Three months passed with no update, and my application status remained 'under consideration.' I mentioned this to a recruitment agency I was working with, and they happened to know the interviewer. Surprisingly, the next day, I received an email stating I was unsuccessful and couldn't get any feedback. It was a really disappointing experience, and it makes me question the company's values if this is how they treat people they're trying to hire.
- Can you tell me about your experience and management style?
Lawyer
The recruiters lacked basic etiquette and were unprofessional. About a month after applying, I was contacted by HR, who wanted to schedule a 45-minute interview call for the next week. It wasn't clear if it would be a phone or video call due to rushed and incomplete communication. After agreeing on a time and preparing, the interviewer didn't show up and didn't even send an email to inform me of a change or apologize. The manager also didn't reply to my last email. This behavior reflects poorly on the company's values and its respect for candidates and employees.
