The process was rather long but very detailed. It lasted roughly one month, beginning with a one-to-one interview with HR, followed by a detailed technical interview with the implementation team and finally a meeting with the VP with an offer following shortly after.

I got reached out by a Spiff recruiter on Linkedin for the SE role. First, I chatted with someone from P&C. After that, I interviewed with the team leads and then got a technical evaluation. It was an Excel file with sample data and 12 questions, ordered by difficulty, that needed to be solved with formulas. Finally, I spoke with the department lead. They extended an offer about 24 hours later. It's a well-organized process and they seem to know who they want.

The process was very fast. I had an initial HR screening on Monday and then got a link for a one-way interview within an hour. This interview is unique because you're given prompts and record your responses, which was convenient for my schedule. The final interview was a week later, followed by an offer soon after. It was the fastest process I've experienced. Although the one-way interview allowed unlimited thinking time and retakes, which seems good, it actually led to spending more time than necessary. Having time limits for thinking and retakes, like in a real interview, would establish more realistic expectations for everyone.
