I initially interviewed with Spiff back in November 2021 as they were gearing up for their 2022 busy season. The interview itself went really well, but they mentioned I should brush up on some technical skills and that we could reconnect after their busy season concluded. I got back in touch once things had calmed down on both ends, and we resumed the interview process. We spent a lot of time discussing my previous role and my problem-solving methodologies. They really dug into my ability to articulate my job with a high level of specificity. Finally, they asked me to complete a technical assessment, which involved Excel logic. After I submitted that, they extended a job offer.
