Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I recently interviewed with Spiff and had a really good experience. The whole thing was smooth and everyone was super friendly. It started with an intro call with HR where they asked me about myself and I learned more about Spiff. Then I talked with the engineering team. We chatted about my background and I answered some technical and situational questions. It was a good vibe. The next part was a live coding exercise. They had me set up an environment beforehand, and then in the interview, I got a problem to solve and had to explain my approach. This was to check my problem-solving skills. Lastly, I met with HR again to talk about the offer and ask any questions I had. Overall, Spiff's interview process was solid and let me show what I can do and meet people.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a general interview to get to know me and check my basic knowledge. Then, a more involved technical interview assessed my knowledge on specific topics. I met everyone on my team before the final interview. The whole process from the first interview to the offer took less than two weeks.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, there was a recruiter intro, then a meeting with the hiring manager, which was super chill and friendly, giving me lots of chances to ask stuff. Then, a performance assessment where I had to code a Binary Tree in Elixir, and the interviewer was really helpful. Finally, I met two different hiring managers to hear about their teams and ask more questions.
