I had two meetings with the SDR managers, it was a very conversational chat where they asked me questions. Then, I had to research a company and pick out 3 leads to reach out to and explain my reasoning. Following that, I had to write three cold emails and then we did a mock call role play. Lastly, I met with the CMO for a final interview.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I started with a recruiter phone call. Then I met with the marketing lead specialist. Then I did a mock call with the SDR manager. The weekend after, I met the marketing lead specialist again, and they gave me a verbal offer and answered my questions. One thing I didn't like was that the first recruiter and the manager quoted different salaries, which was a bit misleading after the first call, but it didn't affect my decision.

First there was a soft interview with the sales development representative manager to check my personality and see if I fit the company. They sell SAAS products and seem like a young and energetic company. Then I had a take home assignment.
