I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screen with a manager. The recruiter went over my background, skills, and why I'm interested in the role. We talked about my past software development work and projects. They also told me about the company culture, the team, and what to expect next. The interview process is pretty tough, and it's a hybrid setup. The HR person was really helpful.

It started with an online test that had four parts. The first part involved answering questions based on given cases. Next, I had to summarize a case. Then, I wrote an essay about a current topic. Finally, there was a simple English test. After the test, I had a short online interview, about 20-25 minutes. They explained the job and the process, and asked if I was interested. They also told me what would be expected of me.
