Behavioral

I got a conditional offer letter from Speridian Technologies about a year ago, but they never actually started the onboarding. Even after I kept following up, the HR people kept saying things like “we’ll be hiring soon,” which gave me hope for months. As someone who just graduated, this was super discouraging — waiting forever with no idea what was going on made it hard to figure out my next career steps. What was even worse was how they didn't communicate or be upfront about anything. If they knew they weren't going to onboard anyone, they should have just told us straight up instead of ghosting us. Speridian Technologies really needs to step up their hiring game and actually respect candidates. Wasting the time and trust of new grads is just not cool. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone needing a dependable and professional place to work.

The interview process had 5 rounds. It started with an online aptitude test, followed by an offline group discussion. The first technical round covered subjects like Data Structures, OOPS, DBMS, and OS. The second technical round focused on OOPS, SQL, and projects. It was a friendly interview overall. Technical Behavioral

So, the interview for the Associate Trainee role at CMR Technical Campus was pretty detailed. It started with HR checking my background and what I want career-wise. Then, I had a technical interview to show off my skills and how I solve problems. They also did a behavioral interview to see how I interact with people and if I'd fit in. Lastly, I met with senior management for a final review to make sure I was on the same page with what the company wants. It was a solid process that gave a good overall picture of what a candidate can do and if they'd be a good match.

  • Can you introduce yourself?
  • Could you provide a brief explanation of your projects, detailing what you did, the technology stack involved, and the core motivation behind each project?
