Behavioral

It was a very relationship-driven process. I reached out to a consultant who then connected me with the recruiter. I had a couple of calls with the recruiter and was about to start the interview process, but then they ghosted me. They were extremely friendly, but there wasn't much transparency about the process.

Behavioral Case

It began with a recruiter reaching out to me. Then I had a conversation with the Director of Associates, who would be my direct manager. Following that, I spoke with a Senior Associate. After getting through those stages, I met with the head partners in the Stamford office, first via video call with each of them, and then in person. The whole process took about 4 months.

Behavioral

It's been a pretty smooth interview process so far. It's very behavioral, all about my experience, and really focused on whether I'd fit with the company and the team. Everyone's been super nice, and I'm actually enjoying it. The only slight hiccup is not really knowing when it's going to end, as the recruiter keeps scheduling more calls. I'm hoping it wraps up soon though. All the people I've met have been lovely.
