It was pretty simple. You start with a recruiter call, then a case study take-home assignment that you'll present and get feedback on. Round three is a longer behavioral interview. Make sure you know why you want to work in this field and have a bunch of stories ready for the third round behavioral to show off your skills.

Most of the interviews were pretty conversational, focusing on project management skills, how well I'd fit with the team, and behavioral questions.
- What changes would you suggest for the recruitment process and your reasoning?
