The whole interview process was really straightforward and not difficult at all. I submitted my application, and they reached out within a week or two. The management team was incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing all my queries.

It was pretty easy. The manager talked to me like I already had the job. I was told another manager would call me in about a week. But nobody called. So I called the store to check my status because I was surprised I hadn't heard back, especially since he was acting like I had the job. They even had me sign a form for a background check. Then the lady told me she didn't know anything about it and was going to find out what was going on. She said if they decided to move forward with me, I'd get a call. But no one called. A simple email saying they decided to go with someone else would have been fine and professional. It was a waste of time and very unprofessional. You shouldn't tell someone they're getting a call if you're not going to offer them the job. I turned down another job offer because I thought I was getting this one. And I still haven't gotten any call or email. It doesn't look good for the company.

Got a call about two weeks after applying. They wanted to do a pre-screening interview over the phone, which had about 90 yes/no and true/false questions. After that, I had a one-on-one interview. About halfway through, the interviewer said, 'I don't think you're a good fit,' and then just got up and left. That's never happened to me before; if they didn't think I was a good fit, why interview me?
