It was mostly a typical retail job interview. They asked some basic questions, like what you'd do if a customer needed help finding a gift. A part of the interview also involved a role-play where you had to help a customer and try to sell them something extra based on current deals.

I applied online and got a call a few days later. The interview process was really nice and welcoming. Even though I get anxious, the interviewer made me feel comfortable. Since Spencer's are usually in malls, the interview was in a public seating area, which honestly made me feel less nervous. It was about 15 minutes long. I'm waiting to hear back, but wanted to share the questions while they're fresh in my mind.
