I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, I went to the main office for an in-person interview. Finally, they sent an offer via email that had all the details. Everyone was really nice and relaxed, and they seemed excited. I talked to three different people during the in-person part.

The HR contact was disorganized and poorly communicated. The main red flag was that the interviewer didn't even show up. I decided to withdraw my application because the company seemed really disorganized. It felt like a complete waste of my time since I spent the whole morning preparing.
