First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spectrum.
Technician
The interview process was easy to understand and well-organized. Communication was good, and I was kept informed of the steps throughout the interviews. Overall, it was a great experience during the two rounds of interviews.
- What are your future career aspirations?
Technician
The interview was pretty much open-ended, mostly asking me to talk about my past experiences at previous jobs and included a few technical questions. The hardest part was just talking about myself. It seems like you can get the job if you interview well and meet most of the job requirements.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself?
Field Service Technician
The hiring process was super smooth and fast, probably because it was more of an open house setup where I got to pick my interview slot. When I got there, I met with the supervisor for the role. They asked really specific questions about my work experience to see how it fits this job. The interview felt really personal, and I felt like I could really talk about my experience and what I bring to the table. I was pretty happy with it.
- Tell me about a challenging problem you faced. How did you resolve it, or if not, what did you learn from it?
