I applied for the job, and a recruiter got in touch two days later wanting to chat right away, like, within the hour. The email had a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes, which really bothered me. I couldn't make it on such short notice, so I suggested some other times. We eventually picked a day the following week. Then, over the weekend, the recruiter messaged again saying they were actually busy on our scheduled day and asked if I was free that same day (the weekend) with only two hours' notice. Since it was the weekend, I didn't see the message until two days later. The recruiter's spelling, grammar, and the request to interview on a weekend with such short notice all seemed like major red flags, and frankly, unprofessional. I decided not to proceed after that.

The company recruiter set up a phone interview where we talked about the general job, the main benefits, and did a quick technical test. Less than a day later, I got an email to set up a video interview with the management for the position. They said it'd be a panel, but it was one-way video, and only one person spoke for Spectrum the whole hour. The video interview gave a good rundown of the job, benefits, and a small quiz to check my knowledge. I didn't get an offer then, and they said they couldn't negotiate pay. Got the official offer within 48 hours via the application portal.

I did the job application on their website. You get an assessment emailed to you within 15 minutes. You have 48 hours to finish it. If you do good on the assessment, a recruiter will call you for a phone interview. During the call, they'll tell you about the job, hours, pay, etc. Then they'll ask about your work history and some behavior questions. If the recruiter thinks you're a good fit, you'll go in for a face-to-face interview with a Supervisor and Hiring manager or two. They want you to get there early and bring two copies of your resume. When you get there, check in at the security desk. You'll wait to be called. Once the recruiter comes, you'll go upstairs for the interview. You can watch and listen to agents take calls while you wait. After the interview, you'll go back to the waiting area and then tour spectrum. You should hear back in a few days, like 3 days.
