It was okay but they take you for a tour of the whole call center really for no reason because it seems like they know from the beginning if they’re going to hire you or not, at least they did in my case because I don’t have as much sales experience as they would have liked, even though it said they would train they clearly did not want to train. They also use a star interview method.

The interview was done over video and was pretty straightforward. The person interviewing me was really good at making me feel comfortable, like we were just chatting instead of a formal interview. The conversation focused on my experience in a call center, my education, and certifications. They asked about my experience with commission-based pay and the sales environment. I got a job offer over the phone and then an offer email later that day. I accepted and started a couple of weeks later.

First, you interview with a Human Resources professional. Next is a manager and then the head of the Sales department. The manager said to the Human Resources professional that I was not qualified even though I have many years experience. The manager did not want to get to know the candidate, and I am a very energetic and great person. The position is usually posted every six months, which I find very odd.
