It was great. Easy. Just asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

The interview experience was really nice. My interviewer was super friendly. They showed me around the building and pointed out all the cool amenities. The call center area itself seemed really calm and the whole office was very clean. The interviewer asked me around 8 to 10 questions, mostly about different scenarios.

Presentation Behavioral Technical

Everyone comes in at the same time, we sit in the lobby and wait for our names to be called. Then you sit with a senior salesman and have to prove your selling skills using basic old-school marketing techniques. It's basically if he likes you, you pass, but if he doesn't like you for whatever reason, you're told no. They use intimidation tactics and it's very biased.

  • What do you know about Spectrum products and their prices?
