The interview process wasn't very professional. I had scheduled a phone interview, but 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I called the interviewer because she hadn't called me and there was no answer. Later that day, she finally responded to my call via email, admitting she had forgotten about the interview. During the actual interview, the interviewer was reading from a list of questions and typing on a computer, showing little engagement in the hiring process.

Spectrum recruiter reached out, and we had an initial call. Then I applied online. They got back to me after a week or two saying they were searching for a more senior candidate but would keep me in mind. About a week later, the recruiter called again and helped set up meetings with two managers for the role. Following those two calls, I had five video interviews with additional people involved with the position. One final interview was with the department head, and I got an offer about five days later.

It was a 4-step interview process, all done over video. First, I talked to a 3rd party recruiter, then an Internal HR Recruiter. After that, I met with the Hiring Manager, and finally, I had an interview/meet & greet with 4 different team members. They were very quick and straightforward with the process. The interviews covered my technical skills, how I work with others, my previous experience, and my personality.
