This whole thing was ridiculous, don't waste your time. It took over 2 months and I had to keep chasing them for updates, even though I was a finalist. It started with an HR call where she was unprepared and didn't even have my resume. She said she'd schedule a call with the Regional Manager, but nothing happened for days. Eventually, I emailed her, and the next day the Regional Manager called to set up a phone interview for the next day. He then scheduled an in-person interview for the following week, saying I was moving to the next phase and would talk to more people. A week later, he called to set up phone interviews with his former boss (a Regional Manager) and another Regional Manager from elsewhere. The former boss asked weird, inappropriate personal questions like if I was married and if I had kids, and then talked a lot about his own family. The next week, the Regional Manager scheduled a call with the National Manager, who kept reminding me about the time limit and seemed unaware of who I'd already spoken to. After this 6th interview with 5 different people, the Regional Manager said he'd get back to everyone the following week. Again, no response. I followed up, and he finally called back, flustered, saying they'd be at a trade show and would discuss candidates afterwards, with a decision the week after. He mentioned I was one of 8 finalists, which seemed odd. He promised to get back to me either way, but I never heard anything. After another week past the deadline, I emailed HR and was finally told the position was filled. I had to chase them for closure after over 2 months and 6 interviews. They use the same tactics for field-based roles.

I had an initial HR screening and then a separate interview with the Hiring Manager. Both were phone calls on different days. I sent thank you notes after each, and even followed up with the Hiring Manager a couple of times, but I never heard back from them.

First, there was an email exchange with questions, then a phone interview, and finally a face to face interview. It took place in a standard cubicle office with nice people, and the dress code was business casual. I met with multiple levels of management.
