Architect
The process was extensive yet very concise and cohesive. It involved stages through the Gupy channel, an in-person session with a test, a written assignment, and a final interview with corporate technical and HR coordination. The response was quick after the final stage, formalized through the Gupy channel.
- Are you knowledgeable about the technical assessment report from ANVISA?
Administrative Assistant
The process was handled by Gupy. I applied and it took a month to be called for an interview. It involved filling out a form with my details and experiences, followed by a psychological test ('risquinhos'). Then, there was an individual interview with HR about my personal life, academic background, and experiences, with some questions about the area. If I passed that, there would be an interview with the area manager. My only complaint was the delay in the process. On the day, HR was in a meeting with others, which was tiring, but all stages were prioritized to be finished on the same day.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What do you enjoy doing?
- Describe your professional experiences.
Técnico De Enfermagem
The process was great, they are very attentive and dynamic! I felt comfortable to speak and express myself, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The questions were simple and direct without leaving anything to be desired. In the group activity, there were people with different experiences and stories, everyone shared a bit about their lives and all the places they've worked.
- What are your expectations?
Psicólogo
First, there was a test with 25 questions. Then, an interview with HR was scheduled, and finally, an interview with the hiring manager. They sent me an email saying the position was closed. A week later, I received another email saying I was classified but on a reserve list. I'm waiting to be called... I hope this reserve list thing is certain.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Describe your typical day in your previous job.
