The interview process involved 2 rounds, including a test. It was an intermediate level. The interviewers were very nice. The SQL test was easy. There was one tech interview over the phone and one interview over Teams. Database questions were asked, including indices.

So it was a group interview with about 15 people for four job openings. We got a quick tour of the place, and then they sent us to our own cubicles to chill until our interviewers showed up. First up was a 15-minute technical chat. Since it was specific to the job, they just asked me stuff about the programming language I know, no actual coding or whiteboard work. After that, I had a 15-minute HR interview where they asked standard HR questions, and I got to talk about what I like work-wise.

Technical Behavioral Group

I had a phone interview where we discussed my technical skills. A few days later, I was invited for an onsite interview. During the onsite, I spoke with one person about technical aspects and another about mentoring, leadership, and teamwork. Then came the assessment, which was tough! The HR person mentioned it was just one part of the process and would let me know about the job offer soon. I later received an email saying she'd be in touch and the team had positive feedback from our meeting.
