Intern
Upon arrival at the reception, you'll be picked up shortly thereafter. Afterward, you'll be asked the standard questions as with other companies when you want to do an internship. You will be offered a drink (water, tea, or coffee).
- Why do you want to do this internship?
Intern
I found the job opening through my university's career service platform. After submitting my resume, I was contacted for a single introductory interview. It was an informal online chat. First, I was asked to introduce myself, covering my academic background, previous experiences, and why I applied. Then, they asked about my studies, focusing on specific projects and relevant coursework. There were no technical questions or practical tests. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall conversation was relaxed. They seemed mainly interested in assessing my motivation and how well I'd fit with the team and company.
- Could you tell me about your personal interests?
Intern
First, there was a phone call with the responsible department manager/HR manager, followed by a meeting at the intended branch before starting. Some documents about the internship were handed over, outlining interesting tasks and challenges for times when there isn't much support needed for the responsible client advisor or the advisor in the client area.
