Normally there's a welcome and a self-introduction at the beginning, then there were in-depth questions about your interest in the position. Situations were mentioned where you should explain your behavior using an example. Some situations that can occur at the workplace followed, where you again had to explain your behavior using an example. Some questions about attitudes and knowledge related to digitalization were asked, and at the end I had to give a presentation.

Had a chat with two HR folks, it was a good conversation. They knew how to get me talking early on without me realizing it. Not many technical questions because I'd already done an online aptitude test. Got a quick response.

The interview process was split into several parts and took several days. First, you had to submit a written application. Then, a written test was conducted. It was a standard test to check various skills. If you passed that, you had a personal interview where you had to complete various tasks. If you passed that part, you were basically in. Then there was a background check.
