I applied online and got a referral, and they called me back about the next step (a phone screening) within a week. After that phone screening, I heard back about my in-person interview two weeks later. The interview itself had four 30-minute rounds. I spoke with two Media Supervisors, a Media Director, and one more senior person (I don't remember her exact title). Most questions were scenario-based, focusing on teamwork and past job experiences. The whole thing took 7 weeks.

So after I applied, a recruiter hit me up about a week later to schedule a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes long and mostly just asked about my background and general behavioral stuff. Just a heads up, they did ask two math questions during this call, so be prepared for that. About a week after that, they reached out again for an in-office interview where I met with four people from SMG. It was set up as rotations, and each person focused on a different topic like strategy, analytics, or collaboration. This part took about two hours.

I had a first phone interview where they asked about my background. Then, I had an in-person interview with two supervisors and two associate media directors. After that, I had individual interviews with each person I met previously. Following the interviews, I stayed in touch, checking in every two weeks for an update. I was hired about 10 months after my interview day.
