First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SP+.
Software Developer
The interview process involved several stages. Initially, there were around 7 questions focusing on data structures and algorithms, specifically arrays and strings. There were also some questions related to SQL and a debugging question in Java. It was also emphasized to be well-prepared to discuss your projects. In the technical HR round, they might ask you to create an API using a technology like Express.
- Focus on data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL, and be prepared to discuss your projects in detail.
Software Engineer
It was a 4 round process. First round was an online assesment with technical MCQs, 4 programming questions, and some SQL questions. The second round was a project/SD round where I had to build an OOAD model and develop a backend. I used Python, FastAPI, and Docker for the backend task. The third round was a technical interview focusing on DSA and backend topics. Finally, the fourth round was a general HR interview.
- Could you design a backend for a Library Management System using a framework of your choice?
Software Engineer
I had one screening and then three rounds of interviews. The last two were with a technical recruiter, and the final one was with hiring management. I ended up rejecting the offer. The interview wasn't too difficult.
- Print the number from 1 to 5, and every number is printed after one second.
