Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SP Group.
Software Engineer
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about my university projects and what I'm keen on learning. I'll be talking to two people: the team lead and a team member from the specific team.
- Could you tell me about your university projects and how you managed stress?
- What responsibilities did you have during your university projects and how did you cope with stress?
Software Engineer
it was a pretty chill interview, not super technical, more focused on personality. the interviewer was nice and asked about stuff I learned in school and my lifestyle. they also asked about my degree program and then explained the job and what it involves.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process felt a bit rough, with some of the senior people sounding more like they were lecturing than interviewing. They hit me with technical questions, some of which I hadn't encountered before unless I had prior experience in overseas utilities.
- What's your intended tenure at this company?
