So after submitting my online application, there were two assessments. The first one was this personality test that also had timed aptitude questions. If I did okay on that, I moved on to a video interview. In the video interview, I had to retake the aptitude part of the test while being monitored, which was kinda weird and made it feel a bit creepy. After doing the test again, the actual interview part started. I got to ask my questions and then talked with the recruiter, and they finished up by telling me about pay. And that was the end of the interview process for me. They mentioned that entry-level Scrum Masters start at $60k and go up to $90k for level three, which seemed pretty low compared to the market rate, so I decided not to continue.

After an online test, HR followed up and required me to retake the same test while they shared my screen. Finally, there was an in-person interview with three people sequentially: the potential supervisor, their boss, and a senior member. Success meant a response within a week, but I received no feedback after the final interview. I suspect they sought a more assertive individual capable of driving the agile process.

The interview process was long and thorough but pretty straightforward. It seems like a good way for them to find the right person for the company and it works! You start with an assessment, then do it again with someone from HR. After that, you'll have one-on-one interviews with team members and your direct manager.
