I applied online and got an email with a link to take a personality and logic test. After I finished that, I had a video call with the recruiter to retake the assessment while screen sharing to confirm it was me. The recruiter explained the role and what to expect next. Then I answered some basic questions and asked my own questions about the company. That was the end of it, and I didn't move forward.

So I applied for a summer internship as a QA Development role. First, I had a phone interview that included some kind of IQ test. After that, they told me the internship I applied for was already filled. They mentioned two other roles were open: one was an Operations Analyst that involves working with tables and Excel. I went for an in-person interview for what I thought was that role. However, during the interview, the interviewer focused more on my customer service skills. I had some customer service experience, but I was prepared to discuss analytical and number-crunching tasks. It turned out the position was actually Client Services, which involves client interaction and acting as a liaison between teams. I'm not sure if the initial information about the role was wrong, the job listing was misleading, or I misunderstood something, but I feel like I prepared for the wrong interview.

I talked with the hiring team and did a quick online test. Then I had an on-site interview where they showed me around the office. I met with three managers from different teams, and each one asked me questions about what I know about the company and my previous experiences.
