I applied for a QA Intern role two years ago. It was my first interview in the IT field. They asked me several questions about skills and projects I had worked on. The English part was challenging, but I managed. I asked if I would get a call back, but I never did. They ghosted me. I sent several emails to the company and the recruiter, but I never got a response. I didn't like how the company handled it or their commitment because I had prepared for the interview.

First stage was with Nube, including logic tests and video-recorded questions on their platform. The second and final stage was for selected candidates. This stage was a round-table with the managers of the internship program areas. The interview was a simple conversation, company presentation, and then simple questions for each candidate to share their personal/professional/academic experiences. I received the approval email two days later.

You start with a math and vocab exam. If you do well, you'll get a phone interview. Right after that, they'll Skype with you for another similar exam. Then, you'll have an in-person interview with a couple of people, probably including your potential manager. It's pretty laid back and easy to talk to, since it's a young company looking for talent.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What are your compensation expectations?
  • Can you tell us a little about yourself?
  • Describe a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it.
