A recruiter called me and set up a phone interview to check my Spanish skills and if I had experience with kids. Then, I had an onsite interview. When I got there, it seemed like they weren't expecting me, but they interviewed me anyway with the program director and assistant lead. I got an offer call the same day.

I chatted with the Lead Clinician and Assistant Program Director. The APD showed up in Crocs, which was a bit of a sign. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. I asked why the job was open, but they sort of dodged the question with a vague answer, another not-so-great sign. It went for about 30-45 minutes. It took them a few weeks to get back to me, but they eventually called and I accepted. After that, I had to do the background check, get fingerprinted, and take a drug test.
