Had a phone interview about a month after applying, then flown in for an in-person interview another month later. Interviewed with 3 people in the marketing department and 1 person from hr. Everyone was extremely nice and it was a great experience. Absolutely grateful for the oportunity to interview at the HQ. Just a bit frustrated that i was never given a call or email back when told multiple times i would receive a response.

I applied online, submitting a resume and a 'Why Southwest' essay. After that, I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes with one person who mainly went over my resume to verify it and talk about my career goals. I was then invited to the final round where they usually fly candidates to headquarters, but I was abroad, so I had another phone interview. They mentioned this put me at a disadvantage. This second interview was almost an hour long, with about five people asking questions, representing different internship roles.

Applied online and got an email/phone call a few weeks later asking if I was still interested. We set up a phone interview where the interviewer was friendly and told me more about the job. Then, they asked about my education, work experience, and why I wanted the job. The interviewer said they wanted to fly me to Dallas for another interview and would call in the next few weeks to set it up.
