The interview process involved several rounds. Initially, I spoke with a recruiter, followed by conversations with other team leads. They were very communicative, and the whole process felt very efficient. It was a pretty standard interview overall.

The interview was pretty standard. Since I was applying for a role that wasn't based at the main corporate office, I had a few phone interviews with various people at the company. I think it went pretty well overall and they made sure the process moved quickly.

I first met the company at a university career fair and then had an interview on campus the very next day. The on-campus interview was straightforward, with questions about my resume and my strengths and weaknesses. A few weeks later, I was invited for an onsite interview in Las Vegas, with the company covering my hotel and flight expenses. The onsite consisted of eight separate interviews with eight different people. There was also a group dinner with some of the interviewers. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks, but I never received any communication or decision, which was disappointing. After learning more about the company's hiring practices and internal issues, I'm actually glad I didn't receive an offer.
