The interview was remote and about 30 minutes long, with 2 stages. First, there was a screening, and then an initial chat with HR. If you did well, you'd go on to interviews with the state director and their team. Everyone was nice.

Applied in September and went through 2 interview rounds. Felt like they went well, but got the rejection on Thanksgiving. The interviewers were nice, but it was a long process.

The interview process was very structured and straightforward with quick responses from HR to schedule the interview. The interviewers were very pleasant to interact with. The interview itself was only 30 minutes long, so it went by quickly.
