I did my interview last spring. It was only 30 minutes and had three questions, all behavioral, no technical questions at all. The interviewers were really nice and welcoming, and they wanted you to try your best.

Had a panel interview with 3 folks plus the hiring manager. Two of the non-hiring manager folks seemed to like me, but the Hiring Manager didn't seem thrilled. My references were called, and then no offer came. The hiring manager has all the decision power, so interviewing with a good manager definitely increases your chances! The other interviewers on panels can only rate you and recommend, but the hiring managers make the final call. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get an offer here. The Hiring Manager for the role I applied for seemed very biased towards hiring a specific type of person they wanted. However, the other 2 on the panel were great and I enjoyed talking to them. Everyone in this company is really friendly except for the hiring manager in my experience.

So the whole thing took about a month and a half from when I first talked to someone on the phone until the in-person interview. The in-person bit was a panel of like 3-4 engineers, and they asked a bunch of behavioral questions, like, you know, 'Tell me about a time you messed up a calculation and fixed it' or 'When you didn't see eye-to-eye with a coworker, how did you handle it?'. After that, they hit me with some questions specific to the role to see if I knew my stuff. I heard back about the offer exactly a week after that.
